Back home, a search on eBay for “Bhutanese rug” eventually led me to the seller (forgive the campy name) 1800 Get A Rug. The discovery reminded me of the same heart flutter I felt when stumbling upon Pendleton throws. Maybe it’s the eye-popping colors. Maybe it’s the complex geometric shapes. Any way you cut it, these rugs will sweep you off your feet.
